Debbie Redlin has an Education Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision from Wayne State University; a Masters Degree from Marygrove College in The Art of Teaching and her undergraduate degree from Madonna University in English and Journalism with a minor in Elementary Education.  She also holds an endorsement in middle school language arts. Debbie has two daughters, one attending Western Michigan University and the other serving as a United States Marine.

Samantha Lamberti McGrath joined the Parcells Middle School team in 2020-21 school year as an assistant principal. Prior to that, she was a bilingual educator in the Dearborn Public Schools and an assistant principal there as well. A life-long resident of Grosse Pointe, Sam loves supporting students, staff and families in her home community. She is a proud Michigan Wolverine and loves cheering go blue with her husband, children and golden doodle when not teaching or learning in schools.
