Those names who do not receive a spot will form a waiting list in the order they were pulled. Applications submitted after the lottery will remain in the database until the original waiting list has been exhausted. In the event the original waiting list is exhausted, names will be pulled from the database based on time and date of submission.

Families will be notified via the email address provided on the application on April 19, 2021. Siblings will be grouped together in the lottery and not separated.  Email responses either accepting/denying placement will be due by 6:00 pm on April 21, 2021. Within 24 hours of your acceptance you will receive an emailed invoice including theregistration link and camp tuition.  Parents who fail to notify the Camp Director of their decision within the 24 hour time frame will be removed from the lottery pool. The family of the next child on the waiting list will be contacted during that week.

The tuition is 100% refundable up to June 13, 2022. After June 13, 2022, there are no refunds.   Questions: Heather Albrecht
