Due to overwhelming interest and limited spots in the summer theatre camp, a lottery will be held for admittance. At the time of the lottery, all names will be pulled and assigned a number. Those names who do not receive a spot will form a waiting list in the order they were pulled. Applications submitted after the lottery will remain in the database until the original waiting list has been exhausted. In the event the original waiting list is exhausted, names will be pulled from the database based on time and date of submission. Students enrolled in Grosse Pointe Public Schools will be given priority in the lottery.
Families will be notified via the email address provided on the application by Friday, April 21, 2023. Siblings will be grouped together in the lottery and not separated. Families admitted to the program will need to register their campers by 6:00 pm on April 28, 2023. Families who fail to register their child by April 28, 2023 will be removed from the lottery pool. The family of the next child on the waiting list will be contacted during that week.
The tuition is 100% refundable up to June 15, 2023. After June 15, 2023, there are no refunds.
