In order to register for Kids Club/Mid Club, all delinquent invoices within the Child Care Department must be paid in full. This includes: Tuition Based Preschool Programs, Camp O'Fun and Kids Club.

Registration for the 2024/2025 school year opens on July 1, 2024 at midnight.
Registration is based on first come, first served. Space is limited, and desired sessions may be on a waiting list.
To register, please follow these requirements and complete all forms on the checklist.
Once we receive and place your child on the Kids Club schedule for your school, we will email you a confirmation of the days that you are scheduled for.
Registration must be completed each year by each family, even if you were enrolled in the previous year.
You are not able to begin care the same day you turn in your enrollment forms.
Steps to Enroll:
1. Complete all required Kids Club forms and email them to the email address listed below. Once the forms are received and reviewed, we will send a registration confirmation to the email address provided.
2. Invoices will post shortly after, through our Brightwheel software. If you are new to Brightwheel, you will receive a Brightwheel invitation. If you already have an account, you will see your invoice posted.
Fill Out all Five Forms - ALL forms listed below must be completed and emailed to Kimberly Danielewicz at: danielki@gpschools.org
1) ENROLLMENT FORM AND HEALTH STATEMENT (Interactive Form: type info, print, sign)
Please fill out the registration information completely. Send completed and signed copies. You must register for a minimum of 3 days. These days must be consistent for the entire month. Should your days change for the following month, contact the Kids Club/Mid Club office immediately.
The Health Statement section at the bottom of the form is required by the state and must be completed and signed.
Student ID is not needed.
E-Signatures are accepted.
2) CHILD INFORMATION RECORD (NOT an Interactive Form: Print, input information, sign, scan or drop off)
This form is issued by the state and must be filled out completely. The address cannot read "8 Mile and Mack". The complete address must read: "12345 Mack, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236". Zip codes must be included. Phone numbers must be filled in. Physician information must be completed or write "none".
If you do not have your child's Student ID number or their teacher's information, leave it blank.
E-Signatures are accepted.
3) STATEMENT OF RULES (Print, sign, email)
Return, signed by both parent and child, with registration papers.
These rules must be reviewed with each child registering for Kids Club/Mid Club.

4) SCHOOL-AGE CHILD CARE CONTRACT (Interactive Form: Type info, print, sign, email)

5) Written Information Packet Documentation (Print, sign, email)

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a code to create a Brightwheel account. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CODE TO MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL YOUR FORMS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED.

2024/2025 Registration Information
Kids Club registration for the 2024/2025 school year opens on July 1, 2024. Space is limited and is not guaranteed.
Each school year, returning and new families must (re)enroll their child(ren) into Kids Club/Mid Club.
Families fill out all five of the required forms (in their entirety), print, sign, and scan to: danielki@gpschools.org. All forms must be filled out and turned in, even if you are a returning family.
