I have been listening to the community and have suggested changes, but you asked to have pros and cons presented it then becomes a presentation of the policy to the community, including mayors.  At that point it is more important that the facts be presented by the appropriate member of the board

    Hi Judy,

Thank you for your response.  As a voting council member, I would think it imperative that you understand the issue from all perspectives in order to represent the community appropriately when voting.  Don't you?

    Hi Suzanne
Thank you for your invitation, I have forwarded this on the our policy chair, board President and superintendent.  One of those would be the appropriate person to attend this meeting.
I believe the deputy superintendent will be there to answer all your questions
    Thank you

    Hi Judy,

My name is Suzanne O'Brien.  I am a parent, business person, and concerned citizen who lives in Grosse Pointe Farms.  I believe the pursuit of triangulation as a solution in our district is premature and certainly of concern, if the district is trying to stop the financial bleeding as it relates to attrition in our district.  Triangulation has the potential to actually further deplete the number of students coming into the district annually.  We believe there are other solutions.  We are hosting a meeting at my office - Johnstone & Johnstone Realtors at 82 Kercheval this Wednesday evening at 7PM.  I would love it if you would be able to join us and share your perspective; pros and cons.  The Mayors of all cities within the district have also been invited and are expected to be in attendance.  May we count on your presence?
