I thought this quote was a good one to keep in mind:“Trust may well be the most important team element. Absent trust, it is challenging to accomplish any agenda, and selfish or hidden agendas may prevail. When trust prevails, however, a team can address challenging issues with divergent and differing views, and yet the team remains open to one another’s opinions.”I will admit, I am guilty of not trusting others from time to time, but I think it is an important thing to work on.
