We will start our regular meeting of the board at 6p so that Mr Fenton can review the renewal of several leases. I insisted on this so the BOE members can have their questions answered before the vote on the 23rd. We will also be reviewing updates on two policies and a few bids.We will then go into the townhall meeting.  The majority of the BOE has already participated in the meetings. Our Superintendent explained that the first meeting of May would be another townhall meeting just like the last 3, so that all BOE members could participate.

It is a review of the strategic plan and review of the  possibility of a referendum.  

This particular townhall will be taped and televised.  The future townhalls are in the same vein.  

Just like the other three meetings that have already occured, there will be administrators teachers and community members participating.

Gary did explain this to us at the last BOE meeting.
