Dr. Niehaus,

Excellent introductory column in the Grosse Pointe News. Just excellent. I particularly like the comment about "what you say" matters. This is the real public relations. Unfortunately most people think pr happens in a department. It really happens by each of us, especially "influentials," out in the community and over the back fence.
