Thank you for your years of service on the board.  You have always shared your thoughts and ideas in a constructive way and we have had many conversations over the years, that have helped guide me in some of my decisions.  Your dedication to the students have always come first. 

But more importantly you have become a friend.  I look forward to many more conversations with you.

I heard this the other day and I think you exemplified this on the board

"The name on the front of the jersey, is more important than the name on the back of the jersey"
