    2015-16 Technology Readiness Infrastructure Grant District Participation Award Allocations

     

    I am pleased to announce that the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), Office of Education Improvement and Innovation (OEII), has awarded the Technology Readiness Infrastructure Grant (TRIG) District Participation awards to 754 districts across the state.

    2) 2016 Global Youth Service Day - The Michigan Community Service Commission (MCSC) is excited to mobilize youth across the state through volunteerism this April as part of the 2016 Global Youth Service Day (GYSD). 

     

    MCSC and the Michigan Nonprofit Association are awarding mini-grants to Michigan organizations who wish to host volunteer projects as part of the 2016 GYSD. Grants of $200 to $500 will be available. This annual opportunity, held on April 15-17, encourages children and youth to address the world's most critical issues. Learn how to apply at Michigan.gov/volunteer.
