Hello all,

I received the attached superintendent evaluation form from MASB last week, and it just dawned on me that I hadn't passed it on.

While I personally feel the levels of performance for the "effective" and "highly effective" ratings are a bit less than our community expects, from what I understand, it does meet the State requirements.

I attended the MASB course on Superintendent Evaluation again this past December.  It would be a worthwhile class for anyone on our board.  Donna Oser of MASB does an excellent job of presenting what is a very complicated, legislated process in layman terms.
