This is the exact reason I asked if anyone  was interested in being a delegate three months ago, if someone had offered at that time this board could of had a discussion on where we as a board stand on the issues, and how we want our delegate to vote on the issues, and represent the BOE's view as a whole. If you refer to my previous email you will see that I was prepared to add this to the August agenda.  I would of been happy to add it to the September agenda as well, if someone had indicated they were interested.  There has been no discussion as to what the BOE agrees with and what the BOE disagree with.
