    As we have received in the past, here is our weekly update from Dave Peterson.  As you can see the search firm has worked extraordinarily hard to gather the data and have it ready for Monday's meeting.  

    I hope this reassures you that we will be getting the entire report.

    Hi Judy-

     

    I am sending you this memo so that you can send it to the Board in hopes of quelling the controversy that has begun about our report even before we have issued it.

     

    First, the report will be sent to Janet tomorrow for distribution.  The report will include the following:

     

    1) An Executive Summary that presents a compilation of the general findings of the focus groups and the survey data.  

     

    2) A summary of our notes from the individual focus group comments will then be presented.  This will include our notes from our conversations with each Board member.  If Board members forwarded us a written document those documents will be included (they have been reformatted to be consistent with other portions of the report).

     

    3) Three PDF files summarizing the on line survey data will be attached.  They include: 1) a general summary of the survey data; 2) a summary of the survey data cross tabulated by respondent group (e.g. parents, teachers, etc.) and 3) a lengthy PDF that includes all of the comments (verbatim) made by respondents in the final open ended question on the survey.

     

    4) Copies of the original files received from your tech department that include the survey results and verbatim comments that were sent in for the brief time the survey was on the GP website.
