Kid's Club Current Information
General Kids Club InformationRegistration forms for the 2019-2020 school year are available on the Registration Page. Forms and payment can be mailed to Barnes Early Childhood Center (20090 Morningside Dr., GPW, MI 48236). *If you are new to our program you will need to complete and submit all six registration forms. If you are a returning Kids Club family, only the following form(s) are needed:- Enrollment and Health Statement (This has to be filled out every year.)- Child Information Record needs to be reviewed, initialed and dated ON SITE. Please see your site director for this sheet. You are more than welcome to fill it out again. (Filling it out again is sometimes better so that we have all the information at once.)Payments are made online using the Click-to-Pay link on your emailed invoice.In order to make a Kids Club payment, you must have received an invoice from our billing department first. Once the Kids Club office receives all registration paperwork, it is entered into out system and an invoice is sent out via email. If you have not received an invoice via email within 3 business days of sending in your paperwork, please call our billing office at 313-432-3067.
Middle School StudentsStudents from Parcells may enroll in the Mason Kids Club program, students from Brownell may enroll at Kerby and students from Pierce may enroll in the Defer Kids Club program. Middle school students who are enrolled in Kids Club are responsible for walking from Kids Club to their middle school in the morning and from their (middle) school to the elementary school in which they are attending Kids Club at in the afternoon.

Yearly Kids Club FeesThere are two fees, aside from usage, that are due every school year in order to enroll your child into Kids Club. These fees are due at the time of registration.Security Deposit:A $100 security deposit per family is due each year. The security deposit will stay on your account for the entire school year. The security deposit can be used in a number of ways at the end of the school year.Should a family require seperate accounts, a $100 security deposit will be charged to each responsible party. For example, if each parent has a separate account for their child(ren), the full $100 will be charged to each account.
A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child is due every year. As with the security deposit, should a family require seperate accounts, a $50 registration fee will be charged to each account. For example, if each parent has a separate account for their child(ren), the full $50 will be charged to each account for each child.
