Application Period for 2026-2027
The application window for the 2026-2027 school year was open from January 6 to January 31, 2026. Applicants will receive notifications of their acceptance status and availability at their preferred school by February 9, 2026. Enrollment emails will begin on February 2. 

After Feb 9th, any open spots or a waiting list application will be posted.

Lottery and Placement Process
A lottery will determine placement. During the lottery, all names will be drawn and assigned a number. Applicants who are not initially placed will be put on a waiting list in the order they were drawn. Applications submitted after the lottery will be stored in the database until the initial waiting list is exhausted. 

Notification and Response Requirements
Families will receive notifications at the email address provided on the application. A response to accept or decline the placement is required by midnight on the day the notification is emailed from the preschool office. Upon acceptance, an emailed invoice will be sent with a non-refundable $100 registration fee and the first month’s tuition. If no response is received by midnight, the applicant will be removed from the lottery pool, and the next family on the waiting list will be contacted.

Tuition and Refund Policy
Tuition is 50% refundable until July 1, 2026. After this date, no refunds are available. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Transportation
Parents are responsible for all transportation to and from the preschool.

Building and Teacher Requests
Applicants may indicate preferred buildings, but requests for specific teachers cannot be accommodated.

Placement Scope
This application is for tuition-based preschool placement only. Students will return to their neighborhood school for K-4 if their preschool placement differs.
