Tonight's communication from Mrs Pangborn is a perfect example of why this board has by laws and the importance of following them.   When trustees are meeting with parents and administrator at one school and not verifying their information with administrators at other schools information could be misrepresented.  

I will stress again and actually appreciate the board members requesting information through the superintendent or board president so that the correct information is disseminated to all board members.  I think as a board this year most of us have used the appropriate channels.  Again I appreciate this.
