The Summer Learning Program 2008 offers a wide variety of
educational opportunities for students of all ages. We hope that you

Last year over
700 students attended
the Summer Learning Program.
-
There are over forty certified
teachers on staff. In addition, we have
several adults doing pre-service internships, including an intern
counselor, social worker, and some teachers. These pre-service students
and interns will be assisting our certified staff to make your child’s
summer school experience a memorable one.

A snack table is open at
Richard Elementary School in between classes and
briefly after
school. The snack table offers a variety of foods and beverages,
including juices, soft drinks, water and snack
food for purchase.

There
is a snack bar open before school and in between all classes at
South High School. The snack bar offers a variety of foods and
beverages, including snacks, juices, soft drinks, water, breakfast food
items, and simple lunch items. No food is allowed in the classrooms.
