Hurricane Katrina Relief

Congratulations to everyone at Poupard School who was part of the Health Kits project.  Many Poupard kids, parents and staff members brought in supplies.  Others helped assemble the kits, and packaged the kits in boxes.  On Saturday, September 24, we delivered 62 health kits to the group of Berkley area Churches and Synagogues who organized this project.  The kits will be delivered to a holding area in Livonia, and they will be shipped south from there.  Shipping fees for each kit were also donated.    It was wonderful to see how much care and attention was given by our Poupard “Family” to help people in Louisiana and Mississippi who were caught in the hurricanes.
