Instrumental Music Scholarship Program

Program Overview and Instructions

The Instrumental Music Enrichment Scholarship program was formed in 1998 in an effort to encourage students to participate in music enrichment activities outside the school day.  The program is actually quite simple.  Money that is earned through our fundraisers is available to instrumental students through the scholarship program.  Parents can request scholarships for approved music education activities. Scholarships will be granted to students based on their fundraiser participation.  Approved activities include; private lessons (on the instrument the student plays in class or piano), summer music camps, and our annual Band & Orchestra Travel festival.  Other activities may also be presented and considered for approval.  To request funds, go to the login page to access your account information and submit an online request form.  Paper request forms can also be downloaded and printed from our downloads page.

IMPORTANT: While funds are being made available to students through this program, funds earned through school fundraisers remain the property of the school.  Funds cannot be transferred to another school's account.  Funds not granted to students while they attend Parcells Middle School will remain in the Parcells Instrumental Music general scholarship fund.
