GPPSS to Hold Public Forum on Chinese Language Study
As a part of continuing efforts for inclusion of public opinion at all levels of program development, the Grosse Pointe Public School System will hold a public forum as the system looks to implement Chinese language study at the high school and middle school level.
It is planned for 7 p.m., Thursday, January 31st, 2008 in the library of North High School, 707 Vernier in Grosse Pointe Woods.
This forum is intended to allow the community an opportunity to provide information regarding ideas and concerns about the possibility of offering Chinese language study as an option for the 2008-09 school year at both the high school and middle school level.
All members of the community are welcome to attend. There will be procedures to allow those attending to address the committee with their ideas and concerns.
