| The primary purpose of this course is to introduce the uniform Commercial Code (that body of laws governing the business world) as it applies to contracts for employment and agency, sales of goods, and negotiable instruments. Topics of study include buying and renting real property, insurance, and numerous legal aspects of daily living. The law of torts and criminal law are also studied, particularly as they apply to the minor. | |
