Inspiration and Kidspiration

Inspiration and Kidspiration are software tools that support visual learning. Benefits of visual learning include increased creativity, increased retention, increased and deepened understanding of concepts, the ability to clarify thinking, and the ability to organize knowledge.

Computer graphic organizers such as Inspiration help students to focus on ideas, create outlines for the writing process, and see and edit relationships between concepts.

Inspiration is primarily for students in grades 4-12.  Kidspiration is primarily for students in grades K-3.
