The Career/College Exploration group enables students to access tools and resources that have been introduced to them. In the latest session pictured below, the students were investigating careers by matching interests with various career choices. Students explored what the job is like, what it takes to prepare for the job as far as education and experience, the future of this career, and expected salary range. Students explored similar jobs, and know where to find more information about the career. Some students were able to find colleges that match their interests and have programs in the area of their career choices. These groups have been meeting throughout the year. They will meet again after spring break.
